Italki (all levels)
A free site for language exchange.  Find out more about language exchanges.

The Language Exchange (all levels)
Level 1 membership is free, but you have to wait for other people to contact you.  You have to pay if you want to be able to contact other members.

The Mixxer (all levels)
This free language exchange site allows people all over the world to organise language exchanges using Skype.

Language Buddy (all levels)
Register for free and find a language exchange partner.

English Roleplay
Free voice chat site using Skype.  Register and then chat with English learners around the world.  Features chats based on roleplays on a wide range of themes, including business situations.
